Warning on climbing and car traffic Máslovice - Klecany
On your way from Mělník to Prague, from the ferry in Máslovice you will climb up a busy road through Vodochody and Drasty and then back down to the river to Klecany. Alternatively, you can take the train from Libčice n. V. to Řež and continue along the river towards Prague.
Praha - Lázně Toušeň (back to the Elbe Trail)
From Prague-Libeň, from the confluence of the Vltava and Rokytka rivers, follow the A26/EuroVelo 4 cycle route along the Rokytka stream on the former railway siding through Hloubětín to Černý Most and to Horní Počernice. In Central Bohemia, you continue along the Jizera 17/Greenway/EuroVelo 4 cycle route via Zeleneč to Spa Lázně Toušeň.
Getting to the centre of Prague
From Klecany you cycle along the Vltava River to Prague, where you continue along the A2 / EuroVelo 7 cycle route via Prague-Troja and Prague-Libeň on the cycle path on the flood control embankment to Karlín and along the embankment to Palach Square to the very centre of historic Prague, where several long-distance cycle routes cross.
