From 1 November 2024, the Elbe cycle path will be completely closed at the height of the dyke between Ferchland and Klietznick. This is due to renovation work on the dyke, which is expected to continue until the end of 2026.
The Elbe cycle path will be rerouted along the L 54 for this period. There will be a speed limit on the country road throughout the construction work to ensure road safety for cyclists. Due to the very difficult road conditions in the immediate vicinity of the construction site, there is unfortunately no other diversion route available. We ask for your understanding and mutual consideration.
