Due to low water levels on the Elbe, ferry operations at Coswig (Anhalt) must be suspended starting October 2, 2026.
As the ferry is scheduled for a mandatory dry-dock inspection beginning October 5, 2026, operations cannot be resumed during the remainder of 2026.
The Coswig (Anhalt) Elbe ferry will resume operations on March 1, 2027.
Please use the detour route from Coswig via Klieken to the cycle bridge at the A9 motorway, continuing to Vockerode. Alternatively, the bridge in Lutherstadt Wittenberg may be used to cross the Elbe.
