Following the collapse of the Carola Bridge on 11 September 2024, the Elbe cycle path is closed on both sides of the Elbe for an indefinite period. A diversion is signposted on site on both sides of the Elbe. It will run along cleared footpaths and temporary cycle lanes. We ask you to pay attention and show mutual consideration. The City of Dresden is still working on optimisations, so that changes to the traffic routing may occur in the course of the year. We will be happy to provide information here.
