Between 1 April and 30 June 2026, the Elbe Cycle Route will be closed in sections between Kostelec n. L. and Lázně Toušeň due to resurfacing works. The closure is divided into four stages, as follows:
Stage 1: Lázně Toušeň – Brandýs n. L., with the cycle path closed from 1 to 12 April
Stage 2: Through Brandýs n. L., with the cycle path closed from 13 to 26 April
Stage 3: Brandýs n. L. – Záryby with closure from 27 April to 10 May
Stage 4: Záryby – Kostelec n. L. with closure from 11 May to 30 June
Please follow the signposted diversions for the individual sections of the road closure. Some of these run along busy roads with traffic; please therefore take particular care when driving along them.
